This machine is suitable for the filling of 10-100mL glass or PET
bottles or plastic sprays, and the work of pump heads and rotary
(rolling) covers. lt is widely used in medicine, daily chemical and
other industries. lt adapts to a wide range of specifications, is
easy to adjust, and has accurate positioning.It has no filling
without bottle, no lid without bottle function, simple operation
and stable operation. it can produce single machine and link
production equipment. The SS 316L piston pump or peristaltic pump
is used for filling, and the siphon needle is used for the needle,
which can solve the problem that the needled rips and hangs liquid.
The filling accuracy is high and easy to adjust, and it is easy to
dismantle,clean and disinfect. The constant torgue and automatic
slipping device are used to ensure that the bottle does not rotate
and protect the bottle cap from abrasion, which meets the GMP
specification requirements. Filling nozzles with follow up device
can make sure the high speed working of machine.
